As the founder of Summit Wealth Management, Ted brings more than two decades of financial and investment management experience to clients seeking custom portfolio management solutions and independent advice that places their needs first.
Ted began his financial services career in 1989, and participated in the Wells Fargo Bank management training program while attending graduate school. By 1992, Ted had been promoted to a Vice President and Regional Sales Manager.
In 1996, Ted was promoted to the role of Managing Director and was responsible for managing all brokerage, investment management, private banking, and trust operations for the North Coast division of the Private Client Services Group.
In 2000, Ted returned to relationship management within the Private Bank. He served as a Senior Vice President and the senior partner of a group of investment professionals in Solano County. Ted specialized in financial planning, asset allocation, and custom portfolio management for affluent investors.
In 2010, with two decades of management and investment experience Ted founded Summit Wealth Management where he focuses on providing fee-based financial planning (through LPL Financial), retirement income analysis and asset allocation recommendations to clients nearing or in retirement. Summit Wealth Management is dedicated to helping clients navigate the financial markets, bringing independent thought, guidance, and experience to each client situation.
Ted is actively involved in serving his community through various non-profit organizations as well as in his role as Executive Pastor of Church on the Hill. He lives in Green Valley with his wife, Andrea, and their two sons.
